Four Oaks Estate Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this website. The full Estate privacy policy is in the Residents' area.

What this site collects

Report an issue form. Your name, email address, optional phone number and the details of your report are emailed to the Secretary so the problem can be dealt with and you can be updated. Reports are kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue and for the Estate's records of works.

Residents' area. Signing in sets a cookie so you don't have to enter the passphrase on every page. It contains no personal information and expires after 30 days.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Maps and fonts. The Estate map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap and the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; those services receive your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting the Secretary at info@fouroaksestate.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
