The Estate year

The charge year runs from 1 October to 30 September. Frontage charge demands go out in early October with a 5% discount for payment by 31 October; the streetlighting darkness survey follows once the clocks go back; the AGM is normally held in May at Four Oaks Tennis Club, with papers circulated about four weeks beforehand.
